Conor was a Social Impact Fellow at the Center for High Impact Philanthropy managing the Strengthening Democracy Project.
Prior to joining the Center, Conor worked as a Senior Research Analyst with Gartner, where he managed a budget and staffing benchmark survey. He is an AmeriCorps alum and has previously served in research roles at the U.S. Treasury Department, and the Joint Economic Committee in Congress.
Conor received his BA cum laude from Penn State University and his MPA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University where he concentrated in Economics and Public Policy.
