Christy Arango-Kautz

Christy is an Applied Research Assistant at the Center for High Impact Philanthropy (CHIP), focusing on COVID-19 learning loss recovery in K-12 education. Prior to joining CHIP, Christy was a Research Fellow at Kids Count in Delaware where she conducted child welfare policy research and advocacy.

Christy earned her B.A. in Public Policy and Political Science from the University of Delaware, and her M.S. in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice. She volunteers at the Centro de Cultura, Arte, Trabajo y Educación (CCATE) where she leads a College Readiness course for high school students.
