Kat Rosqueta will serve as a panelist for a Think Tank discussion hosted by Metropolis Magazine and Gensler. The discussion is called “A Place of Purpose: How Workplace Design Helps Workers Find Meaning.”

“As workplace culture and values continue to evolve, the purpose-driven employee has emerged as a model worker who is also highly engaged and unafraid of new approaches. Prevalent in the not-for-profit sector, this profile has become attractive to other organizational structures where values of mission, social cohesion, and engagement might be under-recognized. Exploring how employers can imbue work with meaning, the panel will bring together perspectives from workplace strategy, architecture, and innovation-leading communications and pharmaceuticals companies, while opening up to broader questions of how design can help organizations provide for employee experiences that are enriching, fulfilling, and productive.”
