Kat Rosqueta was the keynote speaker at the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls annual “Making a Difference” luncheon.

Keynote speaker, Katherina Rosqueta, founding Executive Director of the Center for High Impact Philanthropy, encouraged the audience that whether one has a million dollars or ten dollars to give, high impact is about making a meaningful difference in somebody else’s life. There are many opportunities to have a high impact on women and girls through investing in a woman’s education, economic empowerment, health, personal safety, or legal rights.
