Senior Analyst
Katherine H. Hovde, MIA, is a senior analyst on education policy, program design and evaluation. Since 1990, she has worked for the World Bank on a variety of education projects in Latin America, South Asia, and Eastern Europe. In the U.S., she has worked with the Consortium for Policy Research on Education at the University of Pennsylvania and other nonprofit organizations focused on education and social issues. She has a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University.
